The Groove Expedition™ book is a self-directed leader development experience designed to create a leadership routine and the behavioral grooves you need to accomplish your mission as a leader. This structured program takes one quarter (3 months) to complete: One week in base camp preparing and then 12 weeks on the expedition. You will experience a weekly and monthly rhythm that builds over time. Each week, each month, and each quarter cycle are important milestones in your development as a leader.
